Every carpenter and every hiring company is reviewed by our team before they can transact. This helps ensure the people you deal with are genuine and that profiles are complete and accurate.
Profiles show skills, certifications, ratings and completed work. After a booking is completed, both sides can leave a review. Reviews must be honest and based on a real booking.
We show approximate areas on the map rather than exact locations, and contact details are shared appropriately around a booking rather than published openly.
If something is not right, you can report a member or block them at any time. Blocking hides each of you from the other and prevents contact. Reports go to our team for review.
If a booking goes wrong, you can raise a dispute and our team will review it. Where a payment was made and a refund is warranted, we can refund the booking payment.
